As of December 11, 2024, OpenAI’s services, including ChatGPT and its APIs, are experiencing a major outage. The company’s status page confirms that ChatGPT, Sora, and developer-facing APIs are affected.  OpenAI is aware of the issue and is actively working to resolve it.

Unable to Add Numbers to WhatsApp
Meta has alerted that there is currently an issue affecting Adding Numbers to WhatsApp via their API which impacts our ability to perform this action within HighLevel. We are currently working with Meta to resolve this.
In the meantime customers can also add phone numbers directly by visiting: https://business.facebook.com/.../whatsapp.../phone_numbers/
and adding the number under the WABA connected to their sub-account.

Marketplace App Token Failure
Due to an internal system upgrade the OAuth refresh and access tokens were disrupted and corrupted tokens were returned to developers, thereby disrupting the Marketplace App connections.
