We are currently experiencing an ongoing issue affecting incoming calls across the platform. Users on both the mobile app and web app are reporting that incoming calls are not connecting properly — calls continue ringing and cannot be picked up.

This impacts customers using both LC Phone and Twilio-integrated numbers.
Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working on a fix. We’ll provide the next update as soon as we have more information or a resolution timeline.
