The Marketplace Developer Interface was unavailable.
Some Public APIs may have experienced errors, including OAuth token refresh failures and PIT verification failures.
Some Marketplace workflow triggers and actions may have been skipped.
The Marketplace UI within the HighLevel interface was inaccessible.
